Clearing the Path to Parenthood
The fallopian tubes play a vital role in natural conception — they are the passage through which the egg and sperm meet, and where fertilization takes place. If these tubes are blocked or damaged, it can make it difficult or even impossible to conceive naturally.
At our center, we offer comprehensive tubal evaluation and corrective procedures to diagnose and treat tubal problems, helping many women regain their fertility and hope.
Tubal blockages or damage can result from:
Pelvic infections (like PID)
Previous abdominal or pelvic surgery
Endometriosis
Ectopic pregnancies
Tuberculosis or adhesions
Many women may not know they have tubal issues until they face difficulty getting pregnant. That’s why accurate diagnosis and timely correction are essential.
We use the latest techniques to assess tubal health:
Hysterosalpingography (HSG): A special X-ray with dye to check if the tubes are open.
Sonohysterography: A saline ultrasound scan to visualize the uterus and tubes.
Diagnostic Laparoscopy: A minimally invasive surgery that allows direct visualization and treatment if needed.
If blockages, adhesions, or other tubal issues are found, we can often correct them through laparoscopic surgery. Treatments may include:
Removing adhesions
Opening blocked tubes (tubal cannulation)
Removing damaged sections
Tubal reconstructive procedures (if suitable)
Our focus is always on preserving fertility and minimizing risks. In some cases where the damage is severe, IVF may be a better alternative — and we guide you through that decision too.
